Utility Services Deposits on Utilities
A deposit is required to initiate utility service. Deposits are retained until the account is closed and a final bill rendered. The deposit will first be applied to any outstanding balance. Any remainder will be refunded to the customer by mail on the last day of the month.
** Commercial deposits are calculated by type of business and anticipated consumption.
