Utility Services Establishing or Terminating Utility Services
We are at your service during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) to turn utility services on or shut them off at your home or business depending on your needs. If water is off at your property, it can be turned on the same day if you have your request to us by 11:00 a.m. We have next day service in other cases. Requests made before 2:00 p.m. will be included in the work schedule for the next day. In order to establish or cancel water, sewer, natural gas and solid waste service in the City of Gulf Breeze, you need to contact a Customer Account Representative from our Utility Billing Services at (850) 934-5110. If you prefer to do business in person, you are welcome to visit our office at 1070 Shoreline Drive, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561. Requests for establishing service is subject to a service fee of $ 25.00
along with any required deposits. Establishing new service should be made
at least two working days prior to the desired date of occurrence. If
the water is turned off at the property, it can be turned on the same
day as long as the request is made before 11:00 a..m.
