Membership Requirements

1. Be between ages 14 and 18
2. Have a completed application on file.
3. Be currently enrolled in school and have no outstanding disciplinary problems -- home schooled students also welcome.
4. Maintain a minimum of a "C" overall average.
5. Have no failing grades in any subject.
6. Have no felony convictions
